23.04.08 - Rio Tinto engages Vivid Group for Iron Ore Intranet
Rio Tinto's Iron Ore group wholly owns Hamersley Iron in Western Australia. Hamersley Iron owns five mines and also operates the 60 per cent owned Channar mine, a joint venture with an Australian subsidiary of the China Iron & Steel Industry & Trade Group Corporation and the 54 per cent Eastern Range mine, a joint venture with Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation.
The Rio Tinto Iron Ore group also includes Rio Tinto's 53 per cent interest in Robe River Iron Associates's two mines in Western Australia and 59 per cent interest in the Iron Ore Company of Canada. In addition, the Iron Ore group includes the HIsmelt® direct iron smelting technology developed in Western Australia.

23.04.08 - Australian Railroad Group engages Vivid as SharePoint development partner
ARG predominantly operates in the bulk freight market. ARG employs over 1,000 staff and has rail operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.
In Western Australia, ARG operates over almost 5,000 kilometres of standard and narrow gauge track, carrying approximately 33 million tonnes of intrastate rail freight each year. Its main commodities include grain, alumina, bauxite, iron ore, nickel ore, mineral sands and woodchips.
Vivid Group has been engaged to undertake consultancy, development and implementation of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 for ARG’s knowledge management requirements.
23.04.08 - Vivid chosen as partner to implement MOSS for Fremantle Prison
The Fremantle Prison is one of Western Australia's premier heritage sites, centrally located in the heart of the port city of Fremantle. The Prison was built by convicts in the 1850s and was closed as a place of incarceration in 1991 after 136 years of continuous use. It was opened to the public in 1992 as a tourist site and in recognition of its heritage value.
The site is listed on the Australian Heritage Commission's Register of the National Estate, on the Heritage Council of Western Australia's Register of Heritage Places and in the Fremantle West End conservation area. Many of the buildings in the precinct are also listed with the National Trust of Australia (WA).

Lexus cars are created quite unlike any others. Many of the practices used to create such vehicles may be unheard of in the automotive industry, often taking inspiration from such diverse areas as the fashion industry, architecture, the arts and even medicine.
Due to Vivid’s proven track record in online branding, Lexus has engaged Vivid Group to deliver the West Australian Lexus Web presence.
23.04.08 - Vivid launches new Homeloans Ltd online brand
Homeloans Ltd is one of Australia’s most trusted mortgage companies with a pedigree stretching back to 1985; they have over 40,000 customers and a loan book of almost $6 billion.
Vivid Group has been responsible for the design, development and implementation of the entire new Homeloans online branding, Web presence and Enterprise Content Management system initiatives.

23.04.08 - Vivid Group wins Central TAFE SharePoint contract
Central TAFE provides quality vocational educational and training (VET) to around 20,000 students. The College has been a major contributor to the academic development of the broader community, assisting people in becoming job-ready and prepared to meet the challenges of the workplace.
Central TAFE comprises eight sites, including four main campuses within a six-kilometre radius of the Perth central business district. It is a registered training organisation offering more than 200 fully accredited award courses within the Australian Qualifications Framework.
